These lifts are very stable, do not require a perfect crack free floor and are ideal in older premises, barns, farm out buildings etc. They are available from 2000kg up to 6,000kg capacity and with either 240v or 415 v electrics. They are available from Dunlop, Liftmaster, Bendpak, Tecalemit, Cascos and Bradbury.

Recessed scissor lifts are very popular in main dealerships and specialist repairer workshops giving clear floor space under the lift for easy gearbox removal when changing clutches or rear axles.
